Why meditate?

Meditation reduces cortisol release, and is even proven to physically shrink the amygdala (part of the brain that manages emotions) making us less reactive & anxious. Just 15-20 minutes of meditation can help us recharge our mental + physical energy in a greater capacity than a 2 hour nap. Meaning… meditation CREATES TIME!

Our minds have so much power, we can truly form our reality based on the quality of our thoughts. Meditation is proven to physically change our brains and allow us to live more peaceful, purpose-driven lives. Let’s go all IN this month!

We meet on Zoom weekly, during 30 minutes, for guided Celestial energy cleanse + meditation practices. These sessions are themed according to the energy of the group & cosmic alignments. Each meeting is recorded and sent to all participants to re-visit the meditation throughout the week.

Value: Suggested contribution of a 4-week series is between $48-$68

Things have been going well, I felt stagnant for a bit, and for a while, I’ve been trying to really put forth exploring my spiritual journey. 

For the past two weeks or so though, I feel I’ve been learning. Not just about myself, but on certain situations and relationships as well.  That’s been really helpful. I’m going on the right path, I feel, and am excited to continue my spiritual journey.

I enjoyed the July Meditation Series. Madison has such a kind and gentle way to the approach of meditation. I like how the sessions are only 30 minutes, but yet can receive great benefits in that amount of time.

It is a great time for self-reflection as well as receiving better understandings of yourself and your environment and to receive feelings of peace. I like how each session is recorded and sent to your email so you can refer back to that meditation practice to use in the future.

So, I’ve been doing weekly virtual meditation with the amazing Mad Jordi, and it’s been so nice.. each session makes me feel light and bright and refreshed afterwards and sleep like a baby ☺️

I know it’s so easy to think meditation is hard, and you’re not doing it right, but Madison guides each session to help you forget all that and just be in the moment. Whenever I commit to a gym class or something like this I always feel like “ugh I gotta do (insert class name) and I’m too busy for this!” But with Mad’s meditation classes I never regret it - and it’s in the evenings so it’s not interrupting your day 🙂
